Refund policy

At ViquaStore.ca, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. All returns require proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and freight costs back to our warehouse, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
